Dispensary

We are streamlining the way you contact
dispensary to order your repeat medication

Please use either
 Your repeat slip, though the letterbox

 Via the Surgery website www.bereregissurgery.nhs.uk which has a direct
link to your medical record. You will need a user name and password
which can be arranged via Reception. Please bring a form of photo
identification with you. If you need to provide further information when
submitting your request in this way, please use the box at the bottom of the
form

 Via the NHS App. If you have any medication which needs review or
reauthorisation you will get a message saying your order is incomplete or
cannot be processed. Please order through our website in this instance.
You will be able to order through the app once your review or
reauthorisation has taken place

In recent years, there has been
detection of Tick-Borne Encephalitis
Virus (TBEV) cases across the
country, including in Dorset. Ticks
can carry other diseases such as
Lyme disease. UKHSA is reminding
the public to check themselves for
ticks after they have been outdoors
and remove them promptly and
correctly if they are found.
