 From  director  Kenneth  Branagh,  and  starring  an   Clerk:     Crocker
 acclaimed ensemble cast, Belfast is a personal and joyful story about the power
 of memory, set in late 1960s Northern Ireland. At the center of the film is Buddy, a

 childhood  hijinks,  and  a  blossoming  romance.  Yet,  with  his  beloved  hometown
 caught up in increasing turmoil, his family faces a momentous choice: hope the

 conflict will pass or leave everything they know behind for a new life.   The  Parish  Council  met  on  Thursday  14   July  2022  in  the  Drax  Hall  for  our  July
       Meeting.  28  members  of  the  public  were  present.  Members  of  the  press  and

 The film stars Jude Hill a 9 year old actor who steals the show, alongside Jamie
 Dorian, Dame Judy Dench and Ciaran Hinds.   The  meeting  began  with  a  lively  discussion  on  the  proposed  commercial
       development on the land at the end of North Street. This raised many valued and
       important points relating to the planning process and the application by Godwin
       Developments.  This  was  then  followed  on  Saturday  16   July  by  a  presentation

       from  Godwin  Developments  during  the  Parish  Forum,  giving  further  insight  and
       information on the proposed development.
                                          Given the short timescale for responding
                                          to  the  planning  application  and  the
                                          number  of  concerns  raised,  the  council
                                          voted unanimously at this stage to neither
                                          support nor object to the application but
                                          to register the following comments:
