accommodate resident and visitor vehicles. However, the Parish Council asks that
residents are mindful when parking so as not to obstruct the use of the highway.
Council Meetings
Parish Council meetings are once again taking place in Briantspuddle Village Hall
although the larger hall is being used rather than the Jubilee Room, as it is more
suitable for social distancing. The next meeting is due to be held on the 14
th
September. Members of the public are welcome to attend and will have an
opportunity to contribute during public participation, but may also write to the
Clerk at clerk@briantspuddle.info to make representations if preferred.

To add to the interest there was a cake stall plus a stall with craft bags and some
planters for sale. Music was kindly provided by the Briantspuddle Music Group.
All in all, it was a very enjoyable afternoon and despite giving things away, £860
was raised. Thanks go to Chips Badcock for the use of her garden, the musicians,
and all those who made scones and cakes and who contributed to the
afternoon.
