you are able to spare some time; and expenses of 45p per mile are paid. Please

BERECONNECT EMERGENCY FUND
Our Emergency Fund has now been closed.
The fund was set up in April 2020 to provide help for any Bere Regis resident in
need during the pandemic.
Through the generosity of many donors over £8500 was raised. Much of that
money was given out to individuals, but substantial sums were also given to the
Food Bank, and to our school to enable some children to receive meals during
the holidays.
Right at the start we said that if any funds were left, they would be given to local
charities. There is approximately £700 left in the account which will be split
between the Williams Trust and the Ed Kent Trust which both help local young
people. Any loans repaid in the future will be given to the same two causes.
