Prescription Charges

As from April 1st 2018, prescription charges
will be increased from £8.60 to £8.80 per
item. If you regularly need multiple items, it
might be worthwhile considering buying a
prescription pre -payment certificate . At
the moment, the prepayment charge has not increased. Ask for details at the
Surgery.

Travel Clinic
Just a reminder that if
you are planning your
holidays soon and
intend to travel
a b r o a d , p l e a s e
complete a Travel Risk
Assessment form; this
can be collected at
Reception. The Practice
Nurse will determine
which vaccinations you
require. It is important to
complete the Travel Risk
Form ideally at least 6
weeks before you travel
as vaccines are not always held in stock and might need to be ordered. Your
vaccination appointment needs to be at least 2 weeks before you travel to allow
the vaccines to work. There may be a charge for certain vaccinations.

GP Appointments after Easter Bank Holiday Weekend
Please note, there will be no bookable GP appointments on the morning of
Tuesday April 3rd 2018.

Instead there will be an Open Surgery running in the morning from 8.30 am to 10.00
am approx. If you need to be seen by a GP urgently, come in and book between
these times at Reception. You will be seen in order of arrival. Please be aware that
there may be a wait.
