 VILLAGE HALL       RECIPE OF THE MONTH


 Bere Regis Village Hall Open again    Thanks to our WI members for sharing their favourites

 Thank you so much to everyone who has helped with our
 fundraising also thanks to National Lottery Awards for All.
 I'm  pleased  to  say  that  The  village  Hall  North  Street  has   VILLAGE   Toffee Apple Tartlets
 had  new  fire  doors  fitted  and  is  again  ready  for  public
 use.  Thanks  must   HALL   These will be great for any Halloween / Bonfire Night parties.

 who have done a superb job of work and   110g butter plus extra to grease
 finished  right  on  time  for us  to reopen  on   200g bought puff pastry
 9th September with a booking.    3 eating apples ( like braeburn )
 We  still  need  a  new  building  but  at  least   1 tbsp lemon juice ( optional)
 until  that  is  a  reality,  we  can  continue  to   15g caster sugar

           Preheat oven to 200c/ 180c fan/ Gas 6 grease either a 4hole tart tin or
           8 smaller.
