family commitments, but we all hope that he will still play an important role within

The new season is fast approaching and with it the challenge of the 1 XI being in
the Premier division. The 2 nd XI with Gary King as captain have been promoted to
division 4 for the new season. Once again the club will have a side in the Sunday
TT25 competition and also play in the Dorchester evening league, the side will be
led by Stuart Beasley.
The Junior / Youth section are looking for new Boy and Girl players in all age
groups. Once again the club is an accredited centre for the All Stars programme,
a fun introduction to cricket for 5 to 8 year olds. 2020 also sees the launch of
Dynamos, a new fun cricket opportunity for 8 to 11 year olds, if you know of any
youngsters of any age looking to play please contact Andy Kent, Paul Reeves, or

2020 Challenge ! Can you find a “Match Ball “ sponsor to give £10 per match.
Sponsors get a free Tea on the day of their choice. Or how about seeking out a
retired player or older family member to become a vice president. A small
annual fee will make the vice president welcome with a free tea at all home
matches.
