Open the bag - We will once again be
running the “open the bag” initiative and asking you to open your medication
bag before leaving the premises to ensure you have what you ordered in your
bag. We will continue asking you how many items you are expecting when you
collect your order.
Ordering your medication – it helps us tremendously if you order your medication
via our website. Your request is entered straight into our clinical system and there is
the ability to add any free text message. If you don’t already use this system you
can find details here:
You will need to register for this service via Reception, please bring some form of
photo ID with you. If you are unable to provide photo ID please speak to
Reception.

Alternatively, the NHS App is a simple way to order your medication, although Dorset Property Care
there is no free text facility.

Car Park  Services
 Building maintenance
We’d like to once again remind patients that the private car park at the Practice
is for staff only. The driveway can become quite busy at times with patients  General joinery
collecting medication and we want to keep those patients safe. It is also used at  Garden maintenance
times for our deliveries. If you park in the car park you will be asked politely to  Garden landscaping
remove your vehicle or motorbike.

We are aware there are many patients who find it difficult to wait outside for their
medication; we are also aware the waiting room can be cold because the front 07973 158092
doors continually open letting the cold air in.

We are in the process of trying to gain approval from the ICB for an extension to www.dorsetpropertycare.co.uk
our current premises. If waiting outside and the cold waiting room affect you we
would be grateful for written comments which we can forward to the ICB to lend
weight to our application. Thank you.
