       who sadly passed away in 2015 at the age of 13.
                                                                                                    2 Onions sliced
                                                                                                    450g (1lb) Potatoes sliced
                                                                                                    1 medium cooking Apple sliced.

                                                                                                    1 teaspoon of Mustard.

                                                                                               Preheat the oven 325F/ 170 C/ Gas 3


                                                                                               1.  Drain prunes and reserve juice, make up to half a pint with
                                                                                               water.

                                                                                               2.  Chop prunes.

                                                                                               3.  Toss the meat in the flour.
                                                                                               4.   Brown the pork in the oil.

                                                                                               5.  Put the pork, prunes, onions, apple slices and potatoes in
                                                                                               layers in an ovenproof dish, seasoning each layer.

                                                                                               Pour over prune juice with the mustard mixed in and cook for
                                                                                               90mins.
