structures to transport different objects across the scout hut floor. It was a good
test of who did and who did not take note of their knotwork lessons during their
time in the scout group!

Congratulations to one of our ex-Explorers, Jordi Hobbs, who has completed her
Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s award. In order to gain this award, Jordi volunteered as
a young leader in the Scout Group for about four years, she learnt new skills and
challenged herself physically. She completed two hiking and camping
expeditions in Dartmoor, for a period of 4 days each and she also helped to be a
