We sang some of the well-known war songs of the time and ended with us all
walking to the Church yard where Paul Bennett (nephew of George Bowditch)
laid a wreath at the cenotaph. It was a very moving morning and our thanks to
all who took part in the readings, wore WW2 costume and made it so
