complete administrative tasks such
as requesting a sick/fit note
At Moreton Village Hall - Monday mornings remotely
Relaxed, welcoming classes in beautiful warm space full of natural light
Patients choosing self-help can self-refer to local services.
 9.15am Intermediate class (for those with Pilates experience) Patients choosing advice or administration tasks complete a short form about
 10.20am Gentle level class (suitable for complete beginners) their symptoms or condition and send through to the Practice who will respond
within 48 working hours

Carers Plus Group
Thank You to everyone who had a go at winning the Christmas Cookie Jar . We
raised £200. £100 of this has gone to helping with the funds for the Carers Group
and the other £100 was won by Mr Richard Cunningham-Wood along with the
Snowman cookie jar.
We had our Christmas Party this year at The Botany Bay Inn. Id like to thank Mark
from the Botany Bay for making it a very enjoyable afternoon and for the lovely
food we had.
Can I also take this opportunity to thank Ed Butterfield and family for donating £50
for the use of the local mini bus for the carers group to use.
Thank You to everyone that has helped in one way or another through out the
year and I hope to see you all again this year and I will try to make it as enjoyable
as the last. A new list of dates and speakers to follow shortly.
