Mays Wood Inaugural Planting Day

Great to hear that Brian May, the owner of May's Wood, has been awarded a knighthood, becoming Sir Brian Harold May CBE in the 2023 New Year's Honours list, being recognised as “Musician, Astrophysicist and Animal Welfare Advocate. For services to Music and to Charity.”
A well deserved honour, with the planting of 100,000 trees surrounding Bere Regis and Shitterton in 2013 just one of the many projects he has undertaken to help people and the environment. Huge congratulations to him!!!
