                                                                                               4.    Add the apples and root vegetables, cook for a further 3-4 minutes
                                                                                               stirring regularly.
                                                                                               5.    Then add the milk, cheese and a little salt and pepper stir and then
                                                                                               mix in the egg and put the mixture into the pastry case.
                                                                                               6.    Top with a little extra grated cheese and bake for 20-25 mins until
                                                                                               golden brown.
