Rissoles
You only need a little leftover meat (or mash and veg for a vegetarian Contact Us
option) to have a tasty meal for the family.

1 onion
couple of slices of bread
1 egg beaten
seasoning
Method
1. Mince the meat, onion and
bread into a bowl
2. If you don't have a mincer,
then cut up very small and
slightly soften the onion in a
little oil.
3. Season well with salt and pepper or add a little curry powder for a
twist.
4. Add the egg and mix well
5. Make into little patties and fry in a little oil with a knob of butter in it,
until golden brown. Serve with baked beans for an inexpensive and
tasty meal.
