to continue, webcasting equipment has been installed in the council chamber
and meetings will continue to be webcasted. Portable webcasting equipment is
also available for our meetings which take place at other venues e.g., for
planning area committee meetings. For the purposes of our committee meetings,
a hybrid meeting is one that is both in-person and has the ability for people to join
remotely from another location via Microsoft Teams.
Members of the public, addressing the committee will also have the option to
attend remotely or in-person using the same process.
