Your Editor had a great afternoon in February - a first
visit to the monthly meeting where the demonstrator Mini Tour - 12th-14th June - Llandhydrock GC | AGM - 11th November -

theme of one of Beatrix Potter’s books - Jeremy Fisher was a
beautiful arrangement using green
chrysanthemums, orange gerbera,
iris and phormium leaves with
midelino sticks. The ‘Tailor of
Gloucester’ (which I was lucky
enough to win in the raffle) had a
base of a cotton reel with pussy willow, cymbidium
orchids (a single stem and hanging wired heads) and
cherry red roses - amazingly Elizabeth had managed
to get these in Valentine’s week! Such an enjoyable
afternoon and highly recommended!
