       Had your cervical screening invite?
       January was Cervical Cancer Prevention Week, so if you’ve had an invite for your
       screening  in  the  post,  now  is  a  great  time  to  make  your  appointment.    If  you
       missed your last cervical screening you don’t need to wait for a letter, just give
       your GP surgery a call. It’s one of the best ways to protect yourself from cervical
       cancer, as it checks for abnormal cell changes and human papillomavirus (HPV)
       which can sometimes lead to cancer.  If you’re nervous about going for yours go
       to www.nhs.uk/conditions/cervicalscreening/what-happens-at-your-appointment

       Still time to book your flu jab
       It’s the end of February but it’s not too late to get your flu jab. The best way to
       keep  protected  from  flu  is  to  have  a  flu  vaccine.  If  you're  aged  over  65,
