POP IN PLACE NEWS

CORONAVIRUS

As a community we are facing some challenging and
difficult times the like of which most of us have never
encountered, but we are lucky that we have a lot of
people who are caring and capable in our village and the vulnerable and
isolated will be able to get help.

This is the time to check up on your neighbours and look out for each other in
practical ways like getting shopping or prescriptions exchanging telephone
number to give a call to help boost morale and combat loneliness.

The Parish Council have launched a new initiative to help connect the
Parishioners and the details of this will be available through your doors soon.
Due to infection Control The Pop In Place are cancelling the following Events….
 Easter Bonnet workshop at the Pop In Place Friday 3 April

Movement to Music at the Pop In Place
This group has been suspended for the time being but will start again later in the
year try to keep active at home as far as possible.

Pop In Performers Group
Performers group will meet as long as the schools are open if they close and we
are unable to continue our rehearsals we will need to change the show dates but
nothing has been put in place as yet, please see Performers Face Book page for
updates.

Pop In Place community Café
The café will be open as long as possible but when the isolation of the over 70’s
becomes mandatory we will have to stop the café
