                                                                                               What  better  way  to  have  fun  with  the  whole  family  during  this  unique
                                                                                               time than to make PIZZA's


                                                                                               Base (makes 2)

                                                                                               350g plain flour

                                                                                               2 3/4 tsp baking powder
                                                                                               1 tsp salt
                                                                                               1tbsp oil

                                                                                               Tomato Sauce
                                                                                               Passata

                                                                                               ( to which you can add herbs or garlic if
                                                                                               wished)

                                                                                               Toppings
                                                                                                Have fun designing your own with all your favourites

                                                                                               Method
                                                                                               Heat oven to 200c/180c fan/ gas 6
                                                                                               Mix together flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl, add 1 tbsp oil and
                                                                                               170ml water, then stir until it forms a ball. If stiff add a little more water, it
                                                                                               should be soft but not sticky.
                                                                                               Knead on a floured surface for 3-4 mins. Roll into 2 balls and flatten out.
                                                                                               Coat with Passata and just have fun designing your own. Make a face
                                                                                               with  toppings,  have  half  with  one  topping  and  half  with  another...get
                                                                                               creating!

                                                                                               Then bake on a baking sheet for approx 15mins and enjoy.
