A LETTER FROM YOUR ASSOCIATE PRIEST
Dear friends
There’s definitely been more of a chill in the air as Zinnie and I have taken our
morning walks. We’ve been lucky that it has been mainly dry, except for the
grass, and we’ve certainly enjoyed these last days of warmth before autumn
really sets in. We start out now just as the dawn is breaking and it is a lovely time
to walk, quite quiet except for the traffic in the distance. The morning I was
wr i ti n g th i s was parti c u l ar ly
atmospheric. There was a mist over
Black Hill and down at shrub and tree
level, even though it was quiet, there
were definite signs of busy workers.
Spiders! The intricate webs were
amazing, not so nice if you walk into
one though. I was taking a picture this
morning of two quite close together,
when Zinnie decided to try photo
bombing and walked right through one
of them! She looked lovely with it
wrapped around her nose. It got me
