Overall, a living churchyard is a valuable asset to any community. It provides a

and addressing environmental issues. By embracing the concept of a living

benefits everyone.

If you want to find out more about the Living Churchyard on your doorstep, you
can always have a chat with Tony Bates or Ted Cox who have vast amounts of
knowledge on the subject. There is also the Churchyard Trail leaflet, available
inside the church, that you can take outside and follow to find out more which
also includes some history about some of the older gravestones.

A huge thank you to Tina and
Simon Walker for, not only
cleaning the church, but also
organising the Cleaning of the
Church rota for the last 6 years.
They have decided the time has
come for someone else to take
a turn and so, if you would like
to join our willing group of
volunteers, we would love to
hear from you. Thank you to all the volunteers on the rota who go that extra mile
to make the church so clean and tidy.

Coronation Celebrations

Thank you to all the very talented flower
arrangers who again filled both
churches with beautiful flowers in
celebration of the coronation of King
Charles and Queen Camilla.
