ARTSREACH – Lilli La Scala
What a lovely evening we had yesterday at the
hall. Lilli was a triumph of vintage entertainment,
elegant, witty and talented with musical
accompaniment by Tom on our very own
(possibly vintage) hall piano.
We really do owe a big thanks to the organisers of Artsreach for bringing such
diverse entertainment of high quality to Dorset, and to Jenny Beedle, for bringing
it to Briantspuddle.
Pip Utton playing Maggie . . . The Iron Lady will be our next production on February

BURNS NIGHT AT BRIANTSPUDDLE VILLAGE HALL
Last January the hall hosted a fabulous Burns Night, it was so enjoyable for all
concerned that the band (RAINBARROW) suggested if we wished to repeat the
experience that they would be more than happy to return for 2017.
So on the evening of: Wednesday
th
January 25 once again we shall
have a full 3 course supper, which
will include the traditional haggis
and neaps with a tot of whisky. The
band will provide our master of
ceremonies, incidental music, pipe
in the haggis and dancing to round
off the evening.
All this can be yours for a very
reasonable £10.00 per head. (prices
